ESIS Enhances Its Global Risk RiskAdvantageSM Loss Management Information System

ESIS, Inc., the risk management services arm of ACE USA, today announced enhancements to its Global RiskAdvantage(SM) product, a cutting-edge online risk management system for both domestic and international programs. Global RiskAdvantage(SM) enables customers to access their loss and claim information in a flexible format, with enhancements to the report scheduling system providing customized reports that run automatically on a scheduled basis and with an expanded global capacity. In addition, customers can now monitor claims status and receive e-mail alerts via wireless devices, including personal digital assistants (PDAs), hand-held devices, and web-enabled cell-phones.

"Global RiskAdvantagecontinues to fill a critical role in providing flexible and effective risk management solutions to clients as well as giving risk management professionals instant online access to real-time customized risk control reports," said Debbie Johnson, Assistant Vice President for RiskAdvantage at ESIS. "The enhancements to ESIS’ Global RiskAdvantage integrated features will allow risk managers to better manage customer data, analyze and implement risk control strategies and manage their claims more effectively."

Enhanced features available through Global Risk Advantage include:

• Report scheduling, which enables customers to establish automatic electronic delivery of reports to brokers, internal users or other parties on a prearranged basis.

• Automatic monitoring of claims status and receipt of data and online news alerts through wireless devices, including personal digital assistants (PDAs), hand-held devices, and web-enabled cell-phones.

• Increased global capacity, including the ability to sort and subtotal claims by country of origin or booking country and the capability to request detailed financial fields in local currency.

Other highlighted features include:

• Integrated disability information, claim notes and reporting capabilities for customers who contract with ESIS to manage their short-term and long-term disability claims, including the ability to sort by diagnostic codes, payments, advice to pay and other data elements.

• Increased accessibility and recovery of salvage and subrogation data.
