ACE INA (NYSE: ACL), has appointed Brad Barash vice president, Financial Reporting. Barash, a finance professional with 22 years of experience in the insurance field, will head up the consolidation function, including external financial reporting and consolidated management reporting for the organization.

Barash has been with ACE INA since 1978, most recently serving as director of financial reporting for the company's domestic financial division in Philadelphia, a position he held from 1985-2000. In that management role, he was responsible for preparing financial statements for the shareholders' reports, senior management and statutory filings. He also served as director of accounting projects in addition to holding various other management positions within the organization. In 1976, he started his career as a senior accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia.

Barash, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (B.S. Accounting) and Drexel University (M.B.A.) is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
