Kenneth Underhill
General Counsel

Kenneth Underhill was appointed ACE European Group General Counsel in October 2007.

 

Kenneth has responsibility for overseeing the legal and compliance function within the Group. He also works with the internal audit team in Europe and provides support to ACE’s Middle East and North Africa operations.



Career Snapshot

Kenneth joined ACE from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain where he was an Equity Partner with considerable experience in regulatory issues, market reform, commerical law and insurance and reinsurance law.

 

He has also held a number of legal positions within the Heath Lambert Group, located in Sydney and London.
