Managed by a Master Mariner, the risk managers review shipping operations and offer advice or recommendations for improvement. In addition, they can supplement any reviews with specific client visits. Of course we realise claims can occur and, when they do, our risk managers may assist, not only in the claims process but also in evaluating experience and making suggestions to avoid similar losses in the future.
